I am a trumpeter who enjoys jazzing up all genres, especially ska, reggae, afro-latin, rock, and funk. Playing for over twenty years, I have had the pleasure to study under both excellent musician and former educator Jay Dewald, and also the phenomenal Principle Trumpet of both the SF Opera and Ballet, Adam Luftman. In every performance I apply my mix of classical and jazz training along with my lifelong love of everything funky and soulful to contribute an organic and energetic sound.
